For the crust: mix the ingredients until a smooth dough forms, pour onto a floured surface and roll out the dough; line the pie dish, prick the base with a fork to prevent it from rising, and bake for 25 minutes. NOTE: PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180 DEGREES.
For the pastry cream: boil the condensed milk with the cup of water; meanwhile, whisk the egg yolks with the cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water, add to the boiling condensed milk while stirring until it thickens and resembles a custard, remove from heat and mix in the cream; pour over the already baked pie crust, let cool and decorate with fruits to your liking.
