90 grams unsalted butter , (for the crust)
1 egg, (for the crust)
100 grams powdered sugar, (for the crust)
flour , just enough, (for the crust)
1 can condensed milk , (for the blending)
6 eggs , (for the blending)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted (for the blending)
3 teaspoons vanilla essence, (for the blending)
2 sticks cream cheese, (for the blending)
1 cup whipping cream , for decoration
fresh fruits, of your choice, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cream the butter with a mixer, add the powdered sugar and continue beating. Finally, add the egg.
Gradually add the flour in handfuls, until obtaining a dough that does not stick to our hands.
Grease a mold with butter.
Roll out our dough with a rolling pin and gently place it in our mold.
Blend the eggs, butter, cheese, vanilla, and milk. Pour the mixture.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let cool.
Whip our cream until it has a thick consistency, spread it over our cooled tart. And decorate the edges with a piping bag.
Finally, place the fruit in slices.
Refrigerate for one hour.
