Blend the mango with the condensed milk, set aside.
Soak the gelatin in a glass of cold water. Once hydrated, heat it for a few seconds in the microwave until it achieves a liquid consistency (do not overheat).
Pour into the mango and milk mixture and blend again until the gelatin is well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the cookie base and refrigerate until set.
