  • Mix the ingredients for the crust, starting with the flour, butter, sugar, and egg.
  • Roll out the dough on a flat, smooth surface. Place in the mold and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C, until golden brown.
  • Mix very well the filling ingredients: the cheese, the whipping cream, the sugar, and finally the gelatin.
  • Empty the mold with the baked crust and decorate to taste.
  • Refrigerate and enjoy.
