30 grams sugar, sifted
125 grams butter, soft
2 eggs
500 grams cream cheese, (filling)
2 1/2 cups whipping cream, (filling)
100 grams sugar, (filling)
1 package cookies, flavor pineapple, dissolved in 1 cup of hot water (filling)

Mix the ingredients for the crust, starting with the flour, butter, sugar, and egg.
Roll out the dough on a flat, smooth surface. Place in the mold and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C, until golden brown.
Mix very well the filling ingredients: the cheese, the whipping cream, the sugar, and finally the gelatin.
Empty the mold with the baked crust and decorate to taste.
Refrigerate and enjoy.
