Wash the guavas, remove the pulp, and place it in the blender.
Add to the blender the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and sugar, and blend very well without leaving any whole pieces.
In a bowl, place the gelatin and hydrate it with water; the gelatin should be covered even with the powder. Then stir it a bit and put it in the microwave or a double boiler until it becomes liquid and clear. Then add it to the mixture you already have while continuing to blend.
Once you have everything ready, pour the mixture over the pie crust; refrigerate for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours, preferably prepare the dessert the night before so that when you serve it, it has a better consistency.
