Sweet Guava Pie

  • Wash the guavas, remove the pulp, and place it in the blender.
  • Add to the blender the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and sugar, and blend very well without leaving any whole pieces.
  • In a bowl, place the gelatin and hydrate it with water; the gelatin should be covered even with the powder. Then stir it a bit and put it in the microwave or a double boiler until it becomes liquid and clear. Then add it to the mixture you already have while continuing to blend.
  • Once you have everything ready, pour the mixture over the pie crust; refrigerate for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours, preferably prepare the dessert the night before so that when you serve it, it has a better consistency.
