Very Easy Mango Pie

  • jam, mango
  • 125 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 250 grams flour
  • 1/4 cups water, fry
  • vanilla essence

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • For the jam: heat the pulp of 2 mangoes with sugar to taste. Set aside.
  • For the crust: cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add half of the flour and the water with vanilla essence.
  • Finish incorporating the flour until a homogeneous dough forms.
  • Place the dough in the pie mold, add the jam, and cover with another layer of dough.
  • Brush with egg and bake until golden brown.
