125 grams butter
100 grams sugar
250 grams flour
1/4 cups water, fry
vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
For the jam: heat the pulp of 2 mangoes with sugar to taste. Set aside.
For the crust: cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add half of the flour and the water with vanilla essence.
Finish incorporating the flour until a homogeneous dough forms.
Place the dough in the pie mold, add the jam, and cover with another layer of dough.
Brush with egg and bake until golden brown.
