For the dough:
Mix the flour with the sugar. Add the water, the egg yolk
and finally the butter. Mix until you get a crumbly dough.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Chop the walnuts and plums to your preferred size.
Roll out the dough, place it in tartlet or tart molds and prick the bottom of the dough with a fork (this will prevent it from puffing up while baking).
Place the prunes at the bottom and the walnuts on top.
Mix the sugar with the egg and then add the cream and vanilla (scrape the pod with a spoon to remove the seeds).
Pour the cream into the molds.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 170-180 degrees Celsius.
Once cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top using a sifter.
