Green Tart with Avocado and Lemon

Refreshing avocado (palta) tart, ideal for hot afternoons!

  • 300 grams cookies, granola
  • 110 grams lard, melted
  • 4 avocados, or avocado
  • 2 lime peels
  • lime juice
  • 1 can condensed milk, original

  • For the base, process the cookies together with the melted butter.
  • With this mixture, cover the bottom of a 24cm tart pan, pressing down well to make the crust as compact as possible. Set aside.
  • For the filling, blend the avocado along with the lemon juice and zest.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue blending until achieving a smooth and uniform cream.
  • Pour over the crust and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
