300 grams cookies, granola
110 grams lard, melted
4 avocados, or avocado
2 lime peels
lime juice
1 can condensed milk, original

For the base, process the cookies together with the melted butter.
With this mixture, cover the bottom of a 24cm tart pan, pressing down well to make the crust as compact as possible. Set aside.
For the filling, blend the avocado along with the lemon juice and zest.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue blending until achieving a smooth and uniform cream.
Pour over the crust and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
