Guava Pie

Delicious guava pie, perfect for this season, super easy, economical, and delicious. The fruit can be substituted with any of your choice; I promise it will turn out very tasty.

  • 1 package María cookies, crushed
  • 90 grams butter, melted
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams guava puree, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Combine the crushed cookies with the melted butter and place it in a pie mold, then refrigerate.
  • Blend the following ingredients of the recipe.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 180ºC (check with a toothpick; if it comes out dry, it's ready) and let it cool before decorating to taste.
