  • 2 cups vanilla cookies, ground
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • In a mold, mix the cookie with the butter well and form the base of a mold by pressing the mixture with a spoon.
  • For the filling, mix all the ingredients and pour them into the cookie base. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C, remove and let cool.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually add the sugar, spreading this meringue all over the pie and bake in a gentle oven until lightly browned.
