English Style Lemon Pie

  • Juice the 20 lemons.
  • Put the juice of the lemons, the two packages of cream cheese, the two cans of condensed milk, and the two cans of half cream into the blender; blend until perfectly integrated.
  • The two tablespoons of gelatin are added to a glass container and water is added, stir until all the gelatin powder is dissolved and heat for 10 seconds in the microwave until melted.
  • Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender where the cream mixture is and blend until fully integrated.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a container and place it in the refrigerator for two hours, after the two hours, remove the container and cut the peaches into pieces for decorating the dessert.
  • Finally, refrigerate for 3 hours and serve.
