If necessary, bake the pie crust for 10 minutes at 350ºF.
To make the lemon filling, beat the eggs, sugar, and lemon zest in a large bowl until smooth. Add the lemon juice and then add the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt. Continue beating until all ingredients are well combined.
Reduce the oven temperature to 250ºF and pour the filling into the crust. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 1 hour.
When ready to serve, preheat the oven to very hot. Sift powdered sugar over the pie and place it in the oven until the sugar caramelizes to a light golden color.
