FAGE Total Lemon Pie

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 limes, (zest)
  • 3 limes, (juice)
  • 3/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • ready to use crust pie

  • If necessary, bake the pie crust for 10 minutes at 350ºF.
  • To make the lemon filling, beat the eggs, sugar, and lemon zest in a large bowl until smooth. Add the lemon juice and then add the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt. Continue beating until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 250ºF and pour the filling into the crust. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 1 hour.
  • When ready to serve, preheat the oven to very hot. Sift powdered sugar over the pie and place it in the oven until the sugar caramelizes to a light golden color.
