Lemon Cheese Pie

  • The crushed cookies are mixed with the butter until a homogeneous dough is formed.
  • Cover the mold with adhesive paper to avoid future problems when unmolding, and place it in the refrigerator.
  • Mix the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and lemon with the mixer or blender to prevent lumps from forming in the mixture.
  • And finally, pour the mixture into the mold with the cookie base and cover with adhesive paper.
  • Leave in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours.
