  • 300 grams double cream cheese
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 pie crust, cookie pie
  • 3 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder, already moistened

  • Cream the cheese in the mixer until smooth and lump-free. Add the milk and continue mixing until well combined. Add the lemon juice and mix very well.
  • Pour the filling into the cookie crust and refrigerate until set (approximately 2 hours).
