300 grams double cream cheese
200 grams cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cups lemon juice
1 pie crust, cookie pie
3 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder, already moistened

Cream the cheese in the mixer until smooth and lump-free. Add the milk and continue mixing until well combined. Add the lemon juice and mix very well.
Pour the filling into the cookie crust and refrigerate until set (approximately 2 hours).
