Cold Walnut Pie

  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 package gelatin, walnut flavor

  • Blend the packets of vanilla-flavored cookies until the mixture is very fine, then transfer to a mold or bowl.
  • Melt the 100 g of butter in the microwave or on the stove in a saucepan over low heat, then pour it into the bowl with the cookie crumbs and mix everything well until a dough forms. Press down with the bottom of a glass to obtain an even layer.
  • Pour into the blender the can of evaporated milk, half a can of condensed milk, the block of cream cheese, and one tablespoon of vanilla extract. Hydrate the gelatin in 1 cup of hot water and incorporate it into the mixture.
  • Grease the mold where the cookie layer is with a little oil so that the pie does not stick to the mold once it's made. Pour the blender mixture into the greased mold and let it rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • When firm, remove from the refrigerator and serve.
