Peach Pie in Syrup

  • 3 cups vanilla cookies
  • 90 grams butter, melted
  • 1 cup canned peaches
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup cream cheese, in cubes
  • 7 grams unflavored gelatin, 1 envelope, hydrated
  • 1/4 cups whipped cream, for decoration
  • 1 cup canned peaches, cut into strips, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups peppermint, for decoration

  • Place the cookies in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin or glass until it resembles sand, then pour in the melted butter and mix well, set aside.
  • Blend the peaches, milks, and cream cheese at medium speed, gradually adding the previously melted gelatin.
  • Place a layer of crushed cookies in a cup or dessert glass, add a bit of the mixture on top, and continue until the dish is full, finishing with the mixture. Freeze for a few minutes.
  • Decorate the peach pie in syrup with whipped cream, place peaches around it, and add a mint leaf. Enjoy!
