Place the cookies in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin or glass until it resembles sand, then pour in the melted butter and mix well, set aside.
Blend the peaches, milks, and cream cheese at medium speed, gradually adding the previously melted gelatin.
Place a layer of crushed cookies in a cup or dessert glass, add a bit of the mixture on top, and continue until the dish is full, finishing with the mixture. Freeze for a few minutes.
Decorate the peach pie in syrup with whipped cream, place peaches around it, and add a mint leaf. Enjoy!
