190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese , for the filling
1 envelope natural unflavored gelatin
1/2 cups water
2 lemon juice
1 can condensed milk
food coloring
2 rolls María cookies, for the crust
2 sticks unsalted butter , (90 g each) at room temperature
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
whipped cream, for decoration
fruit , of your choice
cocoa, necessary amount

Crust: Crush the cookies in a blender or food processor, add the cinnamon, incorporate the creamed butter, and add the vanilla to make a dough.
Transfer the dough to the pie pan and line it up to the edges.
Filling: Dissolve the gelatin in half a cup of water.
Blend: gelatin, lime juice, condensed milk, and cream cheese.
Separate the preparation into 3 parts: leave one white and color the other two with vegetable dye of your choice.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
Decorate with whipped cream, fruit of your choice, and cocoa powder.
