Strawberry Yogurt Pie

  • 1 liter strawberry yogurt
  • 1 1/2 packages María cookies
  • 1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup strawberries, washed and without leaves
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 90 grams butter
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 20 grams chantilly cream, for decoration

  • Soak the gelatin in the water without stirring it.
  • Crush the cookies until they resemble sand.
  • Mix the crushed cookies, butter, and sugar.
  • In a pie dish, place the cookie mixture and form a base; refrigerate.
  • Blend the yogurt with the strawberries. Reserve some for decoration.
  • Heat the gelatin in the microwave or in a double boiler and stir until the lumps dissolve.
  • Once the lumps of gelatin are dissolved, incorporate it into the yogurt mixture and blend for one more minute.
  • Add the mixture to the cookie base and leave in the refrigerator for 50 to 60 minutes or until completely firm.
