1 liter strawberry yogurt
1 1/2 packages María cookies
1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup strawberries, washed and without leaves
2 tablespoons water
90 grams butter
1/2 cups sugar
20 grams chantilly cream, for decoration

Soak the gelatin in the water without stirring it.
Crush the cookies until they resemble sand.
Mix the crushed cookies, butter, and sugar.
In a pie dish, place the cookie mixture and form a base; refrigerate.
Blend the yogurt with the strawberries. Reserve some for decoration.
Heat the gelatin in the microwave or in a double boiler and stir until the lumps dissolve.
Once the lumps of gelatin are dissolved, incorporate it into the yogurt mixture and blend for one more minute.
Add the mixture to the cookie base and leave in the refrigerator for 50 to 60 minutes or until completely firm.
