  • 2 packages María cookies
  • 180 grams butter, unsalted, melted
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams walnuts, chopped, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Crush the cookies until they are powdered.
  • In a bowl, add the crushed cookies along with the two sticks of butter. Knead until a firm dough forms.
  • Cover the molds with the cookie crust. Set aside.
  • In a blender, add the 5 eggs, the can of condensed milk, the can of evaporated milk, the cream cheese, and the tablespoon of vanilla. Blend until everything is mixed.
  • Fill the molds (already covered with the cookie crust) halfway with the previous mixture and add the chopped walnuts, stirring a little.
  • Put in the oven and let cook for 50 minutes.
