7 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cups water

Peel and chop the pineapple into small cubes.
Put the pineapple, sugar, and water in a pot, stirring constantly until it starts to boil.
Place half of the mixture in the blender with the cornstarch and blend, then add it to the pot mixture.
Let it thicken and put it in a container with a lid, let it cool, and refrigerate.
