Pineapple Jam

  • 1 pineapple
  • 7 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Peel and chop the pineapple into small cubes.
  • Put the pineapple, sugar, and water in a pot, stirring constantly until it starts to boil.
  • Place half of the mixture in the blender with the cornstarch and blend, then add it to the pot mixture.
  • Let it thicken and put it in a container with a lid, let it cool, and refrigerate.
