Peel the hazelnuts. If you got them with the hard shell, break it with a nutcracker. To remove the thin skin, soak them for half an hour and then peel them. After that, let them dry a bit.
Blend the hazelnuts with pineapple juice and sweetened condensed milk.
Once well blended, pour the mixture into a pot and heat it on low until it starts to boil.
