Grease and flour the sides of a round mold (22 cm). Sprinkle the bottom with brown sugar and arrange the drained pineapple slices. If you have cherries, place them in the center of each pineapple slice. Set aside.
Blend the ingredients in the order of the list and pour into the mold, bake for 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool, while still warm separate from the sides with the help of a knife and flip it over using a serving plate.
