  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 375 grams wheat flour, white or whole grain

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 grams raw sugar

  • Sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve to ensure a lump-free mixture.
  • Pour in the cup of syrup and mix until fully integrated.
  • Grease a large pan or individual molds with butter.
  • Cover the bottom with brown sugar, and arrange the slices of Clemente Jacques ® pineapple in syrup, placing a cherry without a stem in the center of each slice.
