Plum and Blueberry Jam

  • 1 kilo plum
  • 100 grams cranberries
  • 600 grams sugar

  • Wash the blueberries and plums, cut the plums into wedges and remove the pit. Reserve 5 pits to boil them.
  • In a bowl, place the sugar, blueberries, plums, and the 5 pits. Let it macerate in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In a heavy-bottomed pot, simmer for 45 to 60 minutes or until it reaches the syrup stage.
  • Hot-pack into a well-sealed sterilized jar.
