Pomegranate and Chocolate Pie

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, in pieces
  • 1 pie crust
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Blend the cream cheese, egg, and can of condensed milk in the blender.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie pan.
  • Place the pie pan in the oven.
  • While the pie is in the oven, deseed the pomegranate and chop the chocolate into pieces.
  • Check that the pie is ready and leaves no residue when you insert a knife in the center.
  • Let it cool, then add the pomegranate and chocolate.
