1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 tablespoons baking soda
1 cup banana, mashed
1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cups vegetable oil
1/3 cups cow's milk
2 eggs
icing sugar, for sprinkling
1 banana, sliced for garnish
100 grams walnuts, chopped

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix the bananas, sugar, oil, milk, and eggs.
Add the flour, the cup of chopped nuts, the baking powder, and the baking soda.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and nuts, add caramel, and garnish with banana slices.
Serve.
