  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 cup banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cups cow's milk
  • 2 eggs
  • icing sugar, for sprinkling
  • 1 banana, sliced for garnish
  • 100 grams walnuts, chopped
  • caramels

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the bananas, sugar, oil, milk, and eggs.
  • Add the flour, the cup of chopped nuts, the baking powder, and the baking soda.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and nuts, add caramel, and garnish with banana slices.
  • Serve.
