After trying many different banana bread recipes, I have decided that this is the winning recipe. The banana bread is not dry at all and has a flavor that will drive you crazy. Give it a try!!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Grease the banana bread loaf pan with butter.
Mash the bananas and add the cream, eggs, and vanilla. This can be done in a food processor.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl with a mixer. Add 10 tablespoons of butter (at room temperature) and mix for about 30 seconds until well combined.
Add the banana mixture (to the mixer with the flour and butter mixed) in three parts, mixing well each time and scraping the sides of the mixer. Add the nuts and stir.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake until golden, about one hour and 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
