If you are a working person with kids, this cake is ideal for you. I usually prepare it on weekends, and some days we use it for breakfast.

75 grams cornstarch
150 grams Gloria® unsalted butter, butter
100 grams sugar
50 grams raisins
50 grams nut , chopped
50 grams chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a pan and flour it.
Cream the butter, add sugar, and beat until it has a smooth consistency.
Add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat.
Sift the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Incorporate the raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
