Breakfast Cake

If you are a working person with kids, this cake is ideal for you. I usually prepare it on weekends, and some days we use it for breakfast.

  • 100 grams flour
  • 75 grams cornstarch
  • 150 grams Gloria® unsalted butter, butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 50 grams raisins
  • 50 grams nut , chopped
  • 50 grams chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a pan and flour it.
  • Cream the butter, add sugar, and beat until it has a smooth consistency.
  • Add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat.
  • Sift the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Incorporate the raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
