Caramel, Cookie, and Brownie Cakes

The union of two of the most delicious and requested desserts!! A personal experiment that resulted in total success!! A tasty and fun way to treat my nephews, for coffee with friends, or as a delightful dessert!! I hope you enjoy it!!

  • 250 grams unsalted butter , fried (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar, (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 3/4 cups raw sugar, (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 2 eggs , (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla , (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 3 cups flour , (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt , (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder , (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips, (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 1 cup nut , (for the chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 400 grams unsalted butter , (for the brownies)
  • 2 cups sugar , (for the brownies)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour , (for the brownies)
  • 300 grams semisweet chocolate, (for the brownies)
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla , (for the brownies)
  • 6 eggs , (for the brownies)
  • 150 grams nut , chopped (for the brownies)
  • 30 chewy candies, (for the brownies)

  • CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH (with the first 11 ingredients). Mix butter with granulated and brown sugar.
  • Add vanilla and eggs to integrate well.
  • Add dry ingredients, nuts, and chocolate chips at the end.
  • BROWNIE MIXTURE: Melt butter with chocolate in the microwave and integrate with the sugar.
  • Add the eggs and mix well.
  • Add flour, vanilla, and nuts mixing with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture forms. Add nuts at the end.
  • ASSEMBLY OF CAKES: Grease and flour the cake molds.
  • Place a base of cookie dough, a gooey layer, and cover with brownie batter up to 3/4 of the mold.
  • Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove from the mold when hot. Let cool.
