Cheese Pound Cake with Blueberries

This simple pound cake recipe is ideal for breakfast or coffee time.

  • 90 grams Gloria® butter unsalted butter
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 90 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 50 grams blueberry

  • Preheat the oven to 170° C.
  • Sift the baking powder and flour together.
  • Cream together the cream cheese, butter, and sugar.
  • While continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  • Add the flour with the baking powder all at once.
  • Add the lemon juice and mix until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
  • Fold in the blueberries and stir gently.
  • Pour into a previously greased and floured rectangular mold
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until well cooked and slightly golden.
