90 grams Gloria® butter unsalted butter
100 grams cream cheese
90 grams sugar
2 eggs
100 grams flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
50 grams blueberry
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170° C.
Sift the baking powder and flour together.
Cream together the cream cheese, butter, and sugar.
While continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Add the flour with the baking powder all at once.
Add the lemon juice and mix until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
Fold in the blueberries and stir gently.
Pour into a previously greased and floured rectangular mold
Bake for 30 minutes or until well cooked and slightly golden.
