  • Combine wheat flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and coffee powder in a bowl. Mix until perfectly homogeneous, and never forget to add the espresso coffee powder.
  • Start mixing the wet ingredients. Begin with the oil, milk, mashed bananas, a teaspoon of vanilla, and then add the previously beaten eggs. Then, you can incorporate the ground chocolate and seeds.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix without over-beating.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold, and bake in a preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes. After 45 minutes, you can check with a toothpick if it is cooked.
