Combine wheat flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and coffee powder in a bowl. Mix until perfectly homogeneous, and never forget to add the espresso coffee powder.
Start mixing the wet ingredients. Begin with the oil, milk, mashed bananas, a teaspoon of vanilla, and then add the previously beaten eggs. Then, you can incorporate the ground chocolate and seeds.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix without over-beating.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold, and bake in a preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes. After 45 minutes, you can check with a toothpick if it is cooked.
