Chocolate Chip Cake

  • 175 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 230 grams dark chocolate chips
  • orange zest
  • 225 grams flour , sifted
  • 100 grams raw sugar

  • Beat the butter with the cream until a fluffy consistency is achieved.
  • Add the eggs gradually, then add the flour.
  • Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into a previously greased mold. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Unmold and serve.
