175 grams unsalted butter
4 eggs
230 grams dark chocolate chips
orange zest
225 grams flour , sifted
100 grams raw sugar

Beat the butter with the cream until a fluffy consistency is achieved.
Add the eggs gradually, then add the flour.
Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a previously greased mold. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Unmold and serve.
