7 tablespoons jam, strawberry or whichever you prefer

Flour the mold and preheat the oven to 180° C.
Combine the baking powder and flour. Cream the butter with the sugar and the eggs one at a time. Add the flour mixture and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts; to the first add vanilla and two drops of yellow food coloring, to the second part, add strawberry jam and two drops of yellow food coloring, stir well.
To the third part of the mixture, add the chocolate coating bar (melted in the microwave); this can be substituted with 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder and two tablespoons of milk or a splash of liquid chocolate syrup, stir well.
Pour the three mixtures into the mold one by one and bake at 180° C for approximately 45 minutes.
Let cool, unmold, and serve with napolitano ice cream.
