Chocolate Surprise Loaf

  • 3 sticks butter, 90g each
  • 2 cups non-caloric sweetener, bakeable (sucralose)
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • red food coloring, pink
  • 1 cup chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons non-caloric sweetener, (sucralose)
  • tablet candies, hearts for decorating

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Beat the butter until creamy, add the non-caloric sweetener (sucralose), add the eggs one by one, then the flour, baking powder, and milk, beat for 5 minutes.
  • Divide the mixture into 2 bowls, add the food coloring to one bowl and the melted chocolate to the other.
  • Pour the pink mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool and cut out hearts using a cookie cutter.
  • In a previously greased and floured loaf pan, pour a quarter of the chocolate mixture. Arrange the pink cake hearts vertically and fill with the remaining chocolate mixture.
  • Bake the loaf for 35 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool and unmold.
  • For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the heavy cream and the non-caloric sweetener (sucralose).
  • Cover the loaf with the cream cheese frosting, and decorate with the candied hearts.
