  • Preheat the oven to 170° C.
  • Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder Rexal® with the help of a strainer.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, then add the eggs one by one, followed by the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients while continuing to beat until combined.
  • Pour into a previously greased and floured cake pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
  • For the frosting, in a small pot over low heat, warm the cream cheese and add the butter, cooking while stirring until the lumps are completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
  • Add the powdered sugar to the cheese mixture and beat until incorporated, then cool.
  • Pour frosting over the cake and decorate with orange zest and strawberries.
