2 cups cereal All Bran
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon baking powder, royal
1/2 cups Splenda, or light sugar
3/4 cups whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease 9 muffin tins with PAM for baking (light oil spray).
In a bowl, soak the All Bran with milk, egg, and vanilla for 3 minutes.
In a food processor, mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add the cereal mixture with milk and egg. Pulse for a few seconds to combine.
Pour into the muffin tins and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a rack.
