200 grams flour , 0000
1 egg
50 grams unsalted butter , at room temperature
150 milliliters cow's milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons dulce de leche

Preheat the oven to 180º.
Mix the flour with the baking powder.
Grease and flour a 24 cm mold or 8 individual molds.
Beat the butter with the sugar.
Add the egg and mix well.
Add the dulce de leche.
Add the milk to the mixture and combine.
Finally, add the flour and baking powder mixture. Finish combining.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 25-30 minutes.
