Dulce de Leche Cake

Basic cake that becomes more moist and flavorful with the addition of dulce de leche.

  • 75 grams sugar
  • 200 grams flour , 0000
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams unsalted butter , at room temperature
  • 150 milliliters cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons dulce de leche

  • Preheat the oven to 180º.
  • Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  • Grease and flour a 24 cm mold or 8 individual molds.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar.
  • Add the egg and mix well.
  • Add the dulce de leche.
  • Add the milk to the mixture and combine.
  • Finally, add the flour and baking powder mixture. Finish combining.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 25-30 minutes.
