A healthy and delicious dessert that has been in our family for many generations. It is very easy to make since you don’t need an oven, as it uses the microwave.

400 grams carrot, peeled and grated
1 1/4 cups all-purpose wheat flour
1 cup sugar
2/3 cups Gloria® butter unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Sift the dry ingredients (baking powder, baking soda, flour, sugar, and cinnamon).
Add carrots, egg, butter, and nuts to the dry ingredients. Mix very well.
Grease a microwave-safe mold, pour in the mixture, and cover it with parchment paper. Microwave on high for 12 minutes.
