100 grams Gloria® Gourmet Le Cordon Bleu butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1/2 cups cow's milk

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease and flour a special cake mold.
Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the butter to cream it and add the sugar, the egg yolks, and the vanilla extract.
Mix the milk with the coffee.
Add the dry ingredients and the milk with coffee to the butter mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the mixture with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 45 minutes. Once you take the cake out of the oven, let it cool before removing it from the mold.
