Easy Coffee Cake

  • 100 grams Gloria® Gourmet Le Cordon Bleu butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Grease and flour a special cake mold.
  • Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the butter to cream it and add the sugar, the egg yolks, and the vanilla extract.
  • Mix the milk with the coffee.
  • Add the dry ingredients and the milk with coffee to the butter mixture.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the mixture with a spatula.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 45 minutes. Once you take the cake out of the oven, let it cool before removing it from the mold.
