Flaxseed Chocolate Flavor Cake

  • 1 cup flaxseed, ground
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, of fruits
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cups corn oil
  • 3/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the flaxseed, baking powder, fruit salt, and cocoa powder and combine them manually.
  • Add the four eggs, the oil, and the vanilla extract, mixing perfectly with the dry ingredients mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, and fold them into the previous mixture with gentle movements.
  • Grease a 25x25 cm mold and pour in the mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until it starts to brown.
