Preheat the oven to 160° C. Grease a mold with butter and flour it.
Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into cubes. Set them aside in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add them to the apples. Add the butter and honey.
Incorporate the sugar. Beat.
In another bowl, mix the salt, flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Gradually add the cornstarch while mixing continuously. Slowly add the liquid mixture you prepared earlier.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 40 minutes.
