1 cup Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
1 cup flour
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoons salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg
3 tablespoons ricotta cheese
1 cup Kellogg’S® Krunchy™ apple cinnamon granola
1/4 cups honey
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cups butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Grease a loaf pan with butter and flour. Mix Kellogg’s® Granola Ancient Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth, and raisins with brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, egg, and ricotta cheese. Add the banana mixture to the Kellogg’s® Granola Ancient Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth, and raisins mixture.
Pour the mixture into the previously greased pan.
Topping: Mix Kellogg’s® Krunchy™ Granola Apple Cinnamon with honey, brown sugar, and melted butter. Add the topping to the bread and bake at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
