  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dash cow's milk
  • mixed berries, for decoration

  • Mix the egg, flour, and bananas with a splash of milk.
  • Grease a mold and completely cover it with sugar.
  • Place the mixture in the mold.
