1 cup brown sugar
4 cups pancake mix
2 cups banana, mashed
1 egg
1 dash cow's milk
mixed berries, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the egg, flour, and bananas with a splash of milk.
Grease a mold and completely cover it with sugar.
Place the mixture in the mold.
Bake for 20 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
