Place four ripe bananas into the blender, cut into pieces, along with the sugar and milk. Blend.
Sift the flour, along with the baking powder and salt, and mix well. Add the melted butter (which we will have melted for a few seconds in the microwave) to this bowl, then add the cream, vanilla essence, and the eggs one by one, mixing well before adding the next.
Mix all the ingredients and add the chopped nuts. It’s fine if the bananas are not completely mashed, because those will be the little pieces we find in the cake, along with the nuts, which is very pleasant.
Preheat the oven to 180º C. While it heats up, pour the batter into a long loaf pan and place it in the oven for about three-quarters of an hour. (Depending on the oven, it may take up to 1 hour)
