Fluffy Peach Pound Cake

My favorite pound cake recipe, and I know what I'm talking about because it's my favorite dessert. My grandma used to make it for me every time it was my name day. Delicious!

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Gloria® unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups peach, in syrup, chopped and drained
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon powder

  • Preheat an oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease two pans and dust with flour, removing the excess flour.
  • Beat the eggs one at a time. Without stopping, add the sugar, butter, and vanilla.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula.
  • Pour the batter into two pound cake pans and bake for 60 minutes.
