Grandma's Cake

Delicious banana cake, prepare it with lots of love for your family.

  • 3 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 stick unsalted butter , (90 g)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar powder
  • 1/2 cups cream

  • Mix all the ingredients, beating well until there are no lumps.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured cake mold.
  • Bake at 270 °C for approximately 30 minutes; the time may vary from oven to oven. Remember to do the toothpick test to check if it's cooked in the center.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool before unmolding and serving.
