1 1/2 cups all-purpose wheat flour
1/2 baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/3 cups lemon juice
1/2 cups Gloria® unsalted butter
zest, lemon to taste
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cow's milk
1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Grease and flour a mold. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, butter, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Beat well until all ingredients are integrated.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones, beat to integrate very well.
Add the lemon zest, continue beating.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 45 minutes.
For the glaze: mix the powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice. Beat well. Pour over the pound cake once it is cool.
