Now that it’s mango season, I’m sharing a recipe from my grandmother, a delicious dessert to accompany your afternoon coffee.

2 cups wheat flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cups Gloria® butter unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 1/2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 cups raisins

Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease two loaf pans, and flour them.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Sift them twice.
Beat the eggs and gradually add the butter, then incorporate the flour, mangoes, lemon juice, and raisins.
Pour the mixture into the pans and bake for 60 minutes.
