Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease two molds.
Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl with one tablespoon of sugar. Let them marinate.
Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in another bowl. Sift this mixture and stir very well. Incorporate the oil and eggs into the strawberry mixture. Add this preparation to the dry mixture, stirring well until all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour this preparation into two molds.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, let the molds cool for 10 minutes. Unmold and serve.
