As the title says, this is a fusion of two famous and delicious desserts, the cake and strawberries with cream; it is a delicious and incredible dessert, plus it is very easy to prepare.
200 grams frozen strawberry, fresh strawberries washed and disinfected
red food coloring, necessary amount
40 grams sugar
2 tablespoons water, and a few drops of lemon juice
150 grams cream cheese

Place the disinfected and chopped strawberries in a bowl and add the 40 g of sugar, let it rest. Grease the mold and preheat the oven to 180° C.
Cream the cream cheese with the 50 g of sugar and the cream. Set aside. In a separate pan, place the rested strawberries and sugar, add water, lemon, and two drops of red food coloring, stir and cook for a few minutes over medium heat. Strain and set aside.
Cream the butter with the 250 g of sugar, add the vanilla and the eggs one by one. Sift the flour and baking powder and add it to the butter mixture.
Pour half of the cake mixture into the mold, then in the center as a filling and without touching the walls of the mold, add the strawberries and the cheese mixture, then cover with the other half of the cake.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 180° C, until the cake has a golden tone.
Let it cool, unmold, and serve.
